What is "Helmetica"?
HELMETICA is the first collection of Wearable Art (...or just T-Shirts, I guess, whatever) from NYC based Australian artist Justin Maller. It is comprised of a series of portraits he created of Digital Idols from past, present and hazy memory. They are also available as High Quality Prints.
Who is Justin Maller?
Justin is a digital artist. He has been making digital art since 1998 and has been freelancing full time since 2007. His client list includes Nike, American Express, Gatorade and every EDM producer in the world. Before you ask, he makes his work in Photoshop & Cinema4D. Wait, what are T-Shirts? How do they work?
These T-Shirts feature full bleed artwork dyed into the fabric using Sublimated Printing right here in the U.S.A. This digital process results in a much richer, more vibrant outcome than old methods like screen printing / transfer. Sublimated tees also age better and will not fade or shrink easily. The Tees themselves are made of lightweight polyester jersey and are designed to perfectly cover the standard human torso.

When will I get my order?
We strive to ship same week, so in the US you can expect to receive your item within 7-10 business days after ordering, in most cases sooner provided that the item is in stock.. International orders can expect approximately 2-3 weeks (some countries have more difficult customs / import systems that we have no power to circumvent - see below).
Can you ship collect using my shipping account number?
Yes! Only for UPS and Fedex (domestic and international). For international customers outside of the USA, we highly recommend this option since all tariffs, duties and taxes can be prepaid thus quickening the customs clearance process. Customer would be responsible for all charges. This option is considerably more expensive, however the option is available for the few instances it may be more advantageous (i.e. shipping to Russia, or if needing the item faster). Please contact us for additional assistance.
Will you ship them to me or are they only for people extremely nearby?
Fear not, we ship worldwide.
What about my countries weird duty / tax thing?
Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s customs duties, taxes and/or fees; also known as delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Paying a duty tax is actually quite normal, especially when receiving tangible goods from an international source. However, every country has their own set of rules, tax rates, and taxable thresholds. To obtain the most accurate and current information about importing our products, please consult a customs broker regarding HS Tariff code 6109.90 (clothes made of synthetic polymers--such as polyester). Item values are considered to be the price you paid on the items in USD. Please do not contact us trying to obtain a modified invoice -- it is considered unlawful for exporters to falsify values of goods with the intent on lowering taxes owed by the recipient.
Can I track my package?
International Package Tracking is a rickety enterprise at best. We do everything to keep shipping prices down which means using USPS. When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number for USPS.com. This will be updated until when the package leaves the US, and probably not again until it gets delivered. Be prepared for this, and be prepared to be patient! Sometimes things get caught up in Customs - this is beyond the control of us mere mortals.
Why do they cost more than other shirts?
Mainly because they're much better. They're brilliant quality shirts with amazingly vibrant prints all over them. They're very expensive to make. This is a tiny company run by individual humans who do not (yet) receive orders in sufficient bulk to be able to rival the prices of international conglomerates. Most companies our size cannot print shirts of this calibre, and if they can they usually choose to offer inferior products with higher margins. We chose to sell something good instead. Do you have a returns or refund policy?
We will gladly work with you regarding any kind of defect in our products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us directly for assistance with your order: email@example.com.
We do not offer "change of mind" refunds.
Do you have an exchange policy?
Yes, for domestic customers only (USA). Non-US customers should contact us directly (firstname.lastname@example.org) for assistance. Customers wanting to make an exchange will have to place a new order containing the desired replacement(s). This new order is similar to making a refundable deposit that encourages customers to return exchanged merchandise in their original condition. After making a new order, please send us an email email@example.com with your order number and let us know you are making an exchange. A return pouch will be included with your new order and once we confirm we get the exchanged item at our office, we will refund the original order less $5 (less an additional $2 per t-shirt if exchanging more than one).Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, then unfortunately we can't offer any kind of exchange.
